Accounts Payable

Accounts Payable keeps CDHD financial system running smoothly by managing cash flow and paying vendors and suppliers. This position will be helping in the process, tracking, and recording payments in an accurate, efficient, and timely manner. The AP will have a daily, ongoing impact on financial transactions, keeping us on track, on time, and on good terms with our vendors. Accounts Payable will be supporting CDHD in optimizing its financial transactions and systems, strengthening and growing relationships with vendors and suppliers through timely payments, assisting in streamlining and improving the accounts payable process, exercising integrity and confidentiality in financial reporting, and complying with national and local financial regulations. Accounts Payable also performs as the main IT contact for the department.

 Required:   

·         Associate degree or equivalent or two years’ experience in the field.

·         Understanding of basic principles of finance, accounting, and bookkeeping.

·         Ability to maintain confidentiality of company and partner information.

 Preferred:  

·         Proficiency in QuickBooks.

·         Experience in accounts payable (or accounts receivable).

·         Experience with accounting software and online platforms.

 $19.59 - $26.46 per hour. Full-time.

Public Health Registered Dental Hygienist

Performs a variety of assignments which include but are not limited to fulfilling CDHD dental program: Implement program objectives and coordinate targeted population groups through data collection and analysis, providing tracking, reporting and follow-up on oral health care needs/interventions. Works with target population groups to develop/implement oral public health policy and targeted oral health promotion and oral disease prevention activities, participates in assessing and evaluating oral health care services to ensure that people are informed of available programs and services, provides oral health education, fluoride varnish treatments, sealants, cleanings and referrals to dental homes.

 Required: 

·         Associate Degree in Dental Hygiene from an accredited college or school of Dental Hygiene.

          Public Health Registered Dental Hygienist (PHRDH) with current Nebraska license.

 Preferred: 

·         Work experience as a dental hygienist in public or private agency, or

·         Experience in implementation or oversight of a program(s) preferred.

 $32.73-$41.20 per hour. Part-time.

Custodial Maintenance Technician

POSITION DUTIES
Perform janitorial and light maintenance services for building, grounds, and equipment, maintain the buildings at a professional standard of appearance. Part time. Approximately 20 hours per week.  Some after-hours are required. 

QUALIFICATIONS

REQUIRED
•    High School diploma or GED. Valid Nebraska Driver’s license, required.
 

PREFERRED
•    Custodial and maintenance experience preferred. 

SALARY RANGE: $14.72 - $19.87
