Launch the media gallery 1 playerIt is time to make plans to protect your employees from influenza (flu) by hosting a Flu Vaccination Clinic at your worksite.
We ask that you have a minimum of ten (10) participants. To reach this minimum number, you may invite employee family members to attend and/or coordinate with neighboring businesses.
We have different payment options to meet your needs. We can either bill your company or bill the individual employees. The company rate or cash pay per vaccine is $30 if more than 10 people, or $33 for clinics with fewer than ten people. We can also provide COVID-19 vaccine at your flu clinic, at your request.
Unfortunately, we are do not accept CHI Medica or Tricare insurances.
