Here at the Central District Health Department- WIC program we offer lactation education and support to be successful in your breastfeeding journey.
On staff we have
•certified lactation counselors (CLC)
•breastfeeding peer counselors
•international board certified lactation consultant(IBCLC)
We also teach a weekly breastfeeding Zoom Class that is offered twice monthly in English and Spanish, also in Somali by request.
